FAQ

Whats your turnaround time?

Believe me, you and I are probably just as excited to see how your photos come out, but it does take some time to review and edit. Turn around times vary between package and gallery size. Family packages and galleries below 50 photos with mild edits may be available within 10-14 days. For Weddings, Engagement or larger galleries (50+) preiviews may take up to 20+ days depending on gallery size. In either case, we will be in contact with updates on your online gallery or for any questions you might have. Thanks again!

Do I have to order prints through the website?

No, not at all. The website is definitely convenient and offers so many options for printing with direct shipping, however I do offer print packages available that can be shipped at your request.

Photos are printed on premium archival photo paper with beautiful and consistent colors to your online gallery. I work with a local trusted photo lab for insured quality. Additional matting is available for a clean timeless look that preserves your photo for years to come.

Framed family portraits make beautiful wall art. I just ask that there are no further image adjustments or editing. I do take a lot of time and put genuine effort in all of my work. I'd appreciate that final edits are to be shared, printed or downloaded as they're available in your final gallery.
